Quality Policy

The firm Dion. Toumazis & Associates thrives to provide services of the highest quality in the fields of architecture and engineering.  The firm aims to maintain its reputation in industry for the quality of its services.  It is the principle of the firm is to provide assurance for the quality of all its assignments and to ensure that all staff apply quality control procedures in their everyday work.

The management of the firm fully supports the formal implementation of its Quality Management System and expects form all personnel to positevely contribute in this effort. Dion. Toumazis & Associates aims to provide services complying fully with any requirements with respect to:

  • Quality of work
  • Efficiency
  • Reliability
  • Protection of the Environment
  • Health and safety

In order to achieve the above the following policy decisions were adopted and implemented:

  • Develop, certify and update a Quality Management System in accordance with the provisions of the International Standard CYS ISO 9001.
  • Implement the certified Quality Management System and review it annualy by the firm's management.
  • Appoint a Quality Manager with the authority and responsibility to ensure that the Quality Management System is applicable and effective.  The Quality Manager may initiate and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensures that all staff know and understand the Quality Policy and the aims of the firm through meetings, seminars and training lessons.
  • Establishes a monitoring system for the efficiency of the firm.
